Check Out What's New at the Copper Moose Farm

Park City’s local farm and CSA, Copper Moose, is open for the spring, summer, and fall! There are several ways to incorporate local, organically grown produce into your routine in the coming months.

You’ll find an ever changing array of vegetables, flowers, and local food products at the Farm Stand at 1285 Old Ranch Rd. which is open on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. There’s expanded outdoor seating options with hanging hammock chairs and shady spots to cool off with a kombucha, lunch prepared by Savoury Kitchen, or tasty salads from Luna’s Kitchen. Copper Moose has a growing list of partnerships with local vendors, providing customers with jams, pickles, yogurts, ice cream, dips, bread, meats, eggs, chocolate, and salsas. If you’re planning on stopping by the farm stand, you should definitely make it a whole family event. Stop by the next-door Willow Creek Park for a picnic or even grab an e-bike from the station across the street to spend the day exploring.

To see the growing produce with your own eyes, we recommend @coppermoosefarm_ on Instagram for their time lapse videos of lettuce, radishes, and broccoli raab.

If you’re looking for more commitment, Copper Moose also offers CSA packages. With Community Supported Agriculture, you sign up to get food that you can trust. You know how it’s grown, where it’s grown, and by paying for your vegetables up front, you put trust into your farmer and agree to take part in the joys and risks of farming in the Park City area. Though their full share and half share CSA packages are already sold out, there’s still time to sign up for the Flower Share, which will include one bouquet a week for 14-17 weeks starting in mid July!

Additionally, Copper Moose is bringing back their Farm Stand Dinner series which features local ingredients and a local, well-renowned chef. Chef Adam with Twisted Fern has a sold-out dinner scheduled for July 17th, and Chef Matt Harris (with Afterword) will cook for a sold-out crowd on July 31st. But there are still limited seats remaining for the August 21st dinner featuring Chef Joe Saladyga with Savoury Kitchen. Grab them now!

If you aren’t able to snag a spot to the much-anticipated Farm Stand dinners, rest assured. Next time you stop by Deer Valley Grocery Cafe, Twisted Fern, Hearth and Hill, or Harvest, you’re more than likely to taste fresh produce from Copper Moose, too.

We're so lucky to have a great team at Copper Moose Farm who are committed to sustainable agriculture, tasty vegetables, and fun community programming!
