The Arts Council of Park City & Summit County is now accepting applications for CREATE Pride – Art & Community, a curated exhibition and pop-up art market showcasing our local artist collective and the vibrant diversity of our community. In recognition of June Pride, the Arts Council will present its second annual CREATE Pride event, highlighting the creativity and contributions of Utah’s LGBTQIA+ artists. Art for Stardust Sustainables Bags

Request for ProposalsPark City
Stardust Sustainables is inviting designs from the Park City art community to design the following: An image depicting Park City, along with text that includes Shop Like a Local, and Park City. Submit designs via email to info@stardust.earth.This image will be printed on our reusable/biodegradable bags which are made of Jute. They have a lot of texture, so please avoid tiny details. The printable area on the bags is 9”x9”. The image will be screen printed, so use solid colors. You may use 4 colors, consider using the bag as your 5 th color. Sign your artwork, it will be printed on the bags.
Any QUESTIONS: must be submitted by June 4, 2026. Please submit as an Adobe, EPS or PDJ file. Also include a PDF file.

The Springville Museum of Art is looking for artists to submit work for an upcoming exhibition and opportunity: “In This Together,” a collaboration with Dr. Julianne Holt-Lunstad, whose research has shaped national and global conversations around social connection and health. Utah Original Writing Competition

Since 1958, our Utah Original Writing Competition has awarded Utah writers for works of fiction, nonfiction, and poetry in a variety of forms. The competition’s mission is to aid Utah writers on their path to publication and broader recognition. There is no entry fee, and it is open to all Utah residents age 18 and over. Jordan River Parkway

Request for QualificationsSalt Lake City
The Salt Lake City Arts Council, in collaboration with Salt Lake City’s Departments of Public Utilities and Public Lands, seeks to commission four (4) Utah artists or artist-led teams to create original, site-specific murals for the Jordan River Parkway in the Rose Park neighborhood. The Jordan River Parkway is the longest paved urban trail in the United States. Learn more and apply here. -

Statewide Annual UT ’26

Call for ArtworkUtah
Now accepting artwork submissions from all Utah artists, for this year’s exhibition, hosted by Utah Valley University Museum of Art at Lakemount, Dec. 8, 2026 - March 13, 2027. Submissions must follow the theme of this year’s exhibition: Mixed Media, Works on Paper, and Installation. Nearly $10,000 will be awarded, and each artist will be paid a $150 honorarium for each artwork selected for exhibition. Learn more and apply here. -

Backyard Film Bash

Spy Hop’s Backyard Film Bash is a national short film competition and outdoor festival celebrating emerging voices and original stories. At its heart is the 7-Minute Film Challenge: Create something bold, make it under 7 minutes, and utilize this year’s required signature item: salt. 2027 Native Performing Arts Fellowship

The First Peoples Fund Native Performing Arts Fellowship supports emerging and established Native performing artists to develop and enhance their skills and knowledge of their craft. This fellowship provides grants of up to $10,000 for Native individuals who practice or work within the performing arts landscape (theater, dance, music, etc.).
