CREATE PC Local Artist Collective has an opening for an artist-in-residence studio space! If you are interested in having a 24-hour access 10x10 art studio in a collaborative environment, please contact Emma Brake at emma@pcscarts.org.

CREATE PC provides local artists with studio and gallery exhibition space and sales opportunities. A local artist collective geared towards creating community among local artists, CREATE PC showcases Summit County creatives, giving them a platform to grow and thrive. PLEIN AIR IN THE GARDENS

Park City

Gallery MAR and Park City Gardens are seeking artists to participate in their Plein Air "Paint Out" event taking place on Saturday, July 26 from 3-6pm, held at Park City Gardens. The deadline for participating artists to sign up is June 15th, 2025. All ages and ability levels are welcome to participate. To sign up, artists should send their name, email, and phone number to info@gallerymar.com. A jury will award $250 for first place artwork, $150 for second, and one $100 honorable mention. They will also have a Kids Category for all painters 12 and under, with their own prizes.

Call for Exhibition Proposals

The exhibition program is designed to: give Utah-based artists an opportunity to exhibit a current body of work; explore themes or media relevant to the community and broader arts field; and foster the development of curatorial skills through exhibition production and collaboration. The annual application process occurs each Spring and includes a thorough and competitive review by the Visual Arts Committee of the Salt Lake City Arts Council. Apply here.

Park City Film is seeking a talented local artist to create a unique poster design for the Made in Utah Film Showcase on June 13! The showcase highlights films created in Utah, offering an opportunity to celebrate the rich creativity and talent within our community. The selected artist will be notified by May 9, and will receive $150 and their design will be credited on all promotional materials. See the full guidelines and how to apply here.

The Andy Warhol Foundation Arts Writers Grant supports emerging and established writers who write about contemporary visual art. Ranging from $15,000 to $50,000 in three categories. The program is excited to announce the launch of the Arts Writers Translation Grant for book projects about contemporary visual art from other languages into English. Residencies

SkopArt, an American owned and operated artist studio located on the gorgeous Greek island of Skopelos is offering artists residencies for 2023. The studio is equipped for ceramists, mixed-media artists, painters, printmakers and sculptors. The Houston Center for Contemporary Craft is a nonprofit arts organization founded to advance education about the process, product, and history of craft. HCCC is inviting applications for its Artist Residency Program. The program supports emerging, mid-career, and established artists working in clay, fiber, glass, metal, wood, and mixed media. Through the residency, artists receive an opportunity to gain exposure, make connections with the community in Houston, and help educate the public about craft. Up to ten residencies — which include a 200-sq.-ft. studio, a $1K monthly stipend & a small, quarterly housing/materials allowance — will be awarded. More here.

As part of its ongoing mission, Annex:art works with international artists to coordinate self-funded and sponsored artist residency, as well as interim studio programs.  These programs are designed to enable the artist an opportunity to complete a project or specific body of work in one of our participating annex locations.
