COMMUNITY art
Kimball Art Center - provides a platform and a place for artists and arts enthusiasts to come together to explore, celebrate and cherish the creative spark that lives within us all. Kimball Art Center exists to provide arts education and access to everyone.
Summit County Library - fosters lifelong learning opportunities and enrich lives through innovative resources and programming. The purpose of this library is to present matters of public interest in Summit County, including its many residents, businesses and visitors.
Swaner Eco Center & Preserve - strives to preserve the land and the human connection to the natural landscape, educate the local community about the value of nature, and nurture both the ecosystem and the people within it.
Park City Gallery Association - curating artists from all over the world, our galleries have made Park City an arts destination not to be missed. The Park City Galleries are easy and fun to explore and give locals and Park City visitors the opportunity to enjoy art together.
Park City Public Art - the City's Public Art Collection is diverse and includes pieces created by local, regional and national artists. A volunteer Advisory Board recommends new pieces and manages the curation of the collection.
Park City Library - in the heart of Old Town Park City, the Park City Library welcomes residents and visitors. They offer an outstanding collection of over 70,000 books, e-books, periodicals, audio-visual materials, free public computers and wireless Internet access.
Summit County Public Art - celebrates and unites Summit County residents through public art with a collection of temporary and permanent pieces that span the County. A volunteer Advisory Board recommends new pieces and manages the curation of the collection.
Park City Professional Art Association - promotes and encourages professionalism, production, exhibition, education, networking, and the growth of the visual arts for the benefit of our community. Local and visiting artists offer a dramatic variety of work, accessible to both casual appreciators and serious art collectors.
Both Moore and the Neilson-Bergs expressed that the Gondola Art Stroll represents more than a delightful Winter project; it provides an additional public art opportunity for Utah creatives. “Living in Park City has its challenges, but having opportunities like the Gondola Stroll makes me feel like a valued member of the community.”
