Look Forward to the 2021 Kimball Arts Festival Coming up August 5th-8th

Mark your calendars for August 6-8th, because the Park City Kimball Arts Festival is making a much anticipated return to in-person events! The festival, which will take place on Friday, August 5th from 5pm-9pm, Saturday, August 7th from 10am-8pm, and Sunday, August 8th from 10am-6pm in downtown Park City, will feature hundreds of artists, food, and live music. 

This year, Kimball Arts Fest has chosen to designate Friday night’s event as a locals only night, with advanced registration and proof of Summit County residence required in exchange for free admission. If you qualify, make sure to register here. 

For those planning to attend the festival on Saturday or Sunday, purchasing online tickets now will ensure you get a discount on admission fees. Day tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for kids, but you can also opt for a weekend pass that comes with a locals discount. Proceeds from the festival are put to good use and go towards year-round exhibitions and educational events at the Kimball Art Center.

When it comes time for the festival, you probably want to know more about what to expect...

The Kimball Arts Team recommends taking public transportation or riding e-bikes to avoid the traffic rush in Historic Park City. Make sure to take advantage of the complimentary bike valet which is located at the Lift Lodge garage (9th street). Once you’re downtown, grab a bite to eat at any number of food trucks, which will be located in the Food Truck Alley in the Brewpub parking lot and along Heber Avenue. Enjoy live music programmed by Mountain Town Music. 

Most importantly, this year’s festival will feature more than 200 artists from 33 states who were selected by a blind jury to participate. The art on display ranges from painting to photography, sculpture, ceramics, jewelry, drawing and more!
