Park City Institute // 20th Anniversary Main Stage Season

In just a few weeks, Park City Institute launches its 20th Anniversary Main Stage Season at the George S. and Dolores Doré Eccles Center. For two decades, legendary performers and emerging artists have shared their stories—and themselves—with our community. This season, we bring you more phenomenal performances, engaging speakers, and music that will have you dancing at your seats.

Robert Cray, Lyle Lovett & Robert Earl Keen, Rhiannon Giddens, Pink Martini. Dance illusionist company, Momix, anti-bullying activist Monica Lewinsky, author Anne Lamott, ACLU Executive Director Anthony Romero, and hyphenates like: Physics-obsessed- rockers Ok Go, author- singer-songwriter Dar Williams, NPR host-and- culture-playwright Bob Garfield, and so much more.

Together, we are changed by the presence of a well-known artist, or by witnessing the emergence of new talent. We share the excitement of seeing that “Eccles Bump,” take place—when the rest of the world discovers someone who was, just recently, on our stage.

The moments of discovery reach beyond the walls of the theater. Our community is enriched by time that artists, thinkers, writers, leaders, singers and dancers spend with students in Summit County schools. Students thrive in these rooms, inspired by the talent—and the generosity—of the artists. Parents marvel at the opportunities afforded by master classes and thoughtful workshops.
