Park City Library's Music on the Patio
The hills will be alive with music at Park City Library’s patio throughout the summer. The Friends of Park City Library are sponsoring Music in the Hills on Wednesdays from 10 am to 1 pm on Wednesdays.
Patrons are encouraged to pause in their search for their next summer read to sit and enjoy the live music on the patio. “It’s such a serene and peaceful stage,” says Kate Mapp, Adult Services Librarian. “We love to see dancing too. One time we had an impromptu Hula Hoop performance by someone from the audience.”
The library patio and adjacent field are considered open space and free for public use. Seating is available on the patio folks are welcome to bring blankets or chairs for the field. You can bring your own picnic or visit Lucky Ones in the library lobby for a tasty treat. If it is a sunny day, don’t forget your hat and sunscreen.
