The Drive-Ins have been a hit within the Park City community so far — sold out shows, local caterers, and comprehensive social distancing policies make the whole experience fun, pleasant, and safe.

The Twilight Drive-in Movies are even offering free tickets for essential workers on the frontlines of the Covid-19 pandemic. Executive Director of Park City Film, Katharine Wang, writes, “The free tickets that we are making available for essential workers is an off-shoot of an idea that we were inspired by a couple of years ago called Museums for All. The original concept was make independent films accessible to low-income individuals and families at low or no cost by reaching out to restaurants, hotels and property management companies, as well as the People's Health Clinic, and make free and heavily reduced price film tickets available to their employees (and in the case of PHC the uninsured clients that they serve). We received a grant from Park City Municipal as part of their social equity initiative to subsidize these tickets - and then COVID hit and in-person film screenings were put on hold and so was the program. Now that we are able to present films again through the Twilight Drive-in at the Utah Olympic Park, we are excited to be able to offer tickets to our frontline and service industry workers who are working tirelessly, and often at great personal risk right now, to keep our community safe and our economy going. It's our way of saying thank you to these essential members of our tourist based economy and ensuring that the art of film is accessible to all the residents of Summit County.”

Come out for an unforgettable evening for you and yours, and to witness the power of community collaboration. Twilight Drive-Ins are not to be missed!
