Virtual Cinema Screenings & Curated Film Picks from Park City Film
We are loving the creativity that are local non-profits are using to keep people engaged and interested during this time. Park City Film has responded to this new time of social distancing by providing virtual screenings for the community! They wish to continue to bring our local community together through the love of movies.
The screenings range from R rated to kid friendly picks. Stories of a band creating history to a solo journey to South Africa to become the first person to study animal behavior and more.
Park City Film is also starting to provide a selection of curated film picks in their weekly emails (subscribe on their website), some with recommended wine pairings. Try some out for yourself. One of the recent recommended films from Park City Film was “Big Night,” about an immigrant Chef and his brother from Italy who opened their dream restaurant. The recommended wine pairings for this film are red wines from Tuscany like Chianti, Classico, and Brunello di Montalcino.
Another recommended film is “Chef” about a chef that quits his job at a prominent restaurant and later goes on to launch a food truck. The recommended wine paring with this film is Spanish Rioja or Dry Creek Valley Zinfandel. Cheers!
