Art connects us. We produce annual events and programs that promote community building and bring people together though shared creative experiences such as the Latino Arts Festival, Art on the Trails, and the Summit Art Showcase. Check them out here.

Public Art

We develop several public art projects each year to support creative placemaking countywide with the goal of enriching our community, cultivating cultural identity, and providing accessible art to inspire new ideas and instill community pride.

Advocacy & Planning

We are the only local nonprofit organization in with a sole mandate to advance art and culture countywide. We advocate for increased investment in arts & culture and execute cultural planning efforts to lay roadmaps for the future.

Cultural tourism

Promoting our robust local art sector is at the heart of that we do. We tell stories about local artists, cultural nonprofits, creative businesses, and events to drive visitors and residents to engage in a wide range of cultural activities offered throughout the County.

ARt & music gallery stroll

Sept. 27, 6-9pm

Come out for an enchanting evening of creativity, camaraderie, and culture. As you wander along the picturesque Main Street in Park City, immerse yourself in a delightful blend of art, refreshments, live music, and warm company. More info here, and you can sign up to volunteer for the Stroll here!

Kimball art center: less bad

Aug. 30 - Dec. 1

Less Bad is a testament to LA-based Karl Haendel’s aesthetic innovation, conceptual depth, and ability to engage viewers in nuanced dialogues about art and meaning. This site-specific installation features more than 60 works, primarily in graphite on paper. The exhibition explores a wide range of themes, from intimate experiences like fatherhood, love, friendship, and loss to broader issues such as tenderness, masculinity, introspection, and vulnerability.
