Venue Display Preferences *

Indoor space is first come - first serve and has filled up. Only outdoor spaces are still available.

Set-Up Responsibilities *

I understand that if I am assigned an outdoor booth space I am required to bring my own outdoor set up to the Summit Arts Market including a 10 x 10 pop-up tent with 50 lb weights (maximum size),  tables, chairs, and any display panels needed for your booth.

Participation Agreement *

By submitting this form, I affirm that I have represented myself and my work truthfully and accurately. The Arts Council reserves the right to decline entries deemed inappropriate for this event. I allow photos that might be taken of my work for Arts Council and event publicity purposes. Submission of work will automatically waive any claim for damage, loss or liability against Arts Council and/or Oakley City. Insurance is the artist’s individual responsibility. Space will be assigned by the event organizers. Registration fees for the 2024 Summit Arts Market event are $75. Payment is required for participation confirmation by Friday, June 14th and refunds will not be given after that date. If for any reason you are unable to attend the event, as a courtesy to other artists, please notify us immediately at 207-317-6607. If an emergency arises during the event and it is necessary for you to leave, you must notify an event official before dismantle.
