New Restaurant Open in Canyons Village at Park City Mountain // Kuchu Shabu

There is a new restaurant open to Canyons Village at Park City Mountain, Kuchu Shabu. The newest edition to the community features fresh, premium ingredients, robust flavors, hand selected proteins, and rich homemade broths. The opening of Kuchu Shabu is another step forward in continuing the elevation of Canyons Village at Park City Mountain as a world-class destination.

On the menu, Japanese hot pot ramen, rice bowls, pho, and poke, just to name a few. They also hold a full liquor license to enjoy your favorite beverage with your meal.

Kuchu Shabu is located in the commercial space of Sundial Lodge at 3720 North Sundial Court, directly across from Westgate’s Drafts Burger Bar (DBB) and adjacent to Lolë Canyons Village. Kuchu Shabu will be open daily from 11:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Stop by for your next meal!
