PCPAA Artists Featured in Park City Library Exhibit
Park City Professional Artists Association will have an exhibit at the Park City Library starting June 1st and running until August 28th. Twenty two artists will be featured in the exhibit. A reception will be held June 15th from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. in Conference Room 201. This is an opportunity to meet some of the artists and see the artwork.
The Park City Professional Artists Association (PCPAA) was established as a non-profit organization in 1981 for the promotion of local art within the Park City community. PCPAA artists have created beautiful art and have thrived in our mountain town for over 30 years. The group sponsors fundraising events to support a local art scholarship which is given to a Park City high school student each year. PCPAA hosts professional development seminars for its members and supports other non-profits to promote art in our community.
The Park City Library exhibit gives the Park City Professional Artists Association an opportunity to showcase the talent of the artists living in our community. The exhibit also lets the community know about our organization, what we do, and the scholarship opportunity we provide for high school students.
Participating artists in the exhibition are: Mary Buchwald, Ginny Coombs, Sherry Elshaug, Jean Glaser, Nan Gray, Renee Mox-Hall, Jeanne Hansen, Olga Hegner, Corinne Humphrey, Karen Kendall, Sonia Levitin, Linda McCausland, Cynthia McLoughlin, Fred Montague, Susan Parker, Mary Perry, Richard Pick, Dori Pratt, Frances ReMillard, Bill Silliman, Judy Summer, Jennifer Terry.
