Savor the Summit 2018 – The Perfect Way to Kickoff Summer

Summer’s arriving soon, and there’s no better way to kick off the season in Park City than to share a night with 2500 like-minded people, dining al fresco along Main Street. Billed as Park City’s largest outdoor dinner party, Savor the Summit returns this year on Saturday, June 16 at 6pm.

This annual event is coordinated and promoted by the Park City Area Restaurant Association. Over 20 area restaurants (many award-winning) participate in the evening with special menus that showcase their unique offerings. Some restaurants even provide curated wine and food pairings.

But it’s not just about the food and beverages. There’s live music and great company too. The open air celebration begins at 5pm on lower Main Street at Heber Avenue, where High West Distillery will once again host the High West Spirits Garden. Taste a variety of spirits and enjoy live music before strolling up the street for the main event.

While you don’t need to purchase a ticket to attend Savor the Summit, if you want a seat at the table, you need to reserve your spots directly with the restaurant of your choice. Each restaurant has limited seating for the evening, along with their own pricing, menu, and bar service. The following restaurants are participating, so visit their individual websites first, make the tough decision, and then contact the restaurant to confirm your seats. With such an array of choices, it’ll be hard to pick just one.
