FAIREST OF THEM ALL
The Summit County Fair is a weeklong family-fun event packed with classic fair fun. (And of course, food!) There’s an entertainment tent with scheduled singers, musicians, and dancers. There’s also a demolition derby, a rodeo, fine arts show, a carnival, a parade down Coalville’s Main Street, little buckaroo rodeos, and much more.

Not your typical ranch
The Dejoria Center at High Star Ranch in Kamas has killer views and outdoor activities, it’s also home to an amazing spot that hosts free outdoor concerts on Thursday evenings this summer. Bring the family and a picnic or order takeout from State Road Tavern & Restaurant and catch a performance on the Great Lawn.

CREATIVITY AL FRESCO
Art on the Trails, presented by PSCS Arts Council, is a pop-up of creative performances dotted along a gravel trail that include dance, classical music, folk music, spoken word poetry, and more. Leave your headphones behind and enjoy the outdoors like you probably never have before.
Located along a one-mile section of the McLeod Creek Trail between Copper Moose Farm Stand and Temple Har Shalom. This free event is held in August and all ages are welcome. Get tickets here.
YEE-HAW FOR INDEPENDENCE DAY
The Oakley Rodeo is a quintessential western show complete with ropin’, ridin’, and buckin’ broncos. Over Independence Day weekend, Oakley hosts a popular rodeo with all the classic cowhand events. Stick around, because after the rodeo each night, there’s a breathtaking firework show.

SUMMER CONCERTS
Mountain Town Music brings back live music to the community by offering shows on various stages throughout the county and the Door-2-Door Tour, where you can have the music come to your street, backyard, or garage. Plus, they can help coordinate the food and the bar so you can enjoy a “night out” in your own space!

IT’S SHOWTIME!
The Egyptian Theatre is a beloved hallmark of Park City culture. The theatre opened in 1926 with a design inspired by the recently discovered tomb of King Tut. Starting in August, see concerts, comedy, dance, and plays - there’s nothing like a live show!

FOR THE FILM BUFF
If you’re a film buff – or even just a movie-lover – Park City Film needs to make it onto your itinerary. This summer, Park City Film offers a drive-in, a cinema, or a virtual experience so you can watch independent films in your car, the theatre, or the comfort of your rental home, condo, or hotel. Their screenings include independent feature, documentary, world, and local cinema.

SUMMER SCREEN TIME
Park City Film and the Utah Olympic Park have partnered to present the Twilight Drive-in series. Showings start at twilight at the UOP. It’s a great way to enjoy summer evenings in the mountains!

Symphonic Summer
What’s better than an evening outside on a beautiful summer night in the mountains? Deer Valley Resort is home to a stunning outdoor amphitheater surrounded by mountains and hosts concerts starting in July. The symphonic performances are part of the Deer Valley Music Festival, which features great headliners.
