Park City Municipal (PCMC) is seeking proposals from artists to design and produce a work of art to commemorate the 2023 Cindy Matsumoto Historic Preservation Award. All media, materials and themes will be considered. The art will be installed and publicly displayed in City Hall and should reflect this year’s award recipient: King Con Ore Bin.
